By Train and Public Transport

From the bus terminal in front of the central train station Osnabrück Hauptbahnhof, take bus No.21, direction Atterfeld to bus stop Hochschulen Westerberg (Bus schedule, PDF). A map of the area is below. The bus stop is on Albrechtstrasse. Building 31 is across Albrechtstrasse, a little down the hill, the highest and most ugly building around. (A photo of it is below.) We are in the 5th floor.

By Plane

The international airport Münster/Osnabrück (FMO) is about 30 minutes away from Osnabrück (and is also a node of some no-frills airlines, with good connection, e.g., to Munich).
The express bus number 150 runs between the city and the airport within 40 minutes, 19 times a day. Coming from FMO, it will bring you to the bus terminal in front of the central train station Osnabrück Hauptbahnhof. See above (Public Transport) about how to continue from there; daring people may already change into the bus No.21, direction Atterfeld, at Neumarkt.

If FMO doesn't fit, the area around is dense with international airports. You may as well use Amsterdam (AMS), Düsseldorf (DUS), Bremen (BRE), Hamburg (HAM), or even Cologne/Bonn (CGN) or Frankfurt (FRA), to name just a few. Take the train from the airport/the local main train station to Osnabrück and proceed like described above.

By Car

Use your GPS navigation. Alternatively, exit autobahn A30 at Hellern and follow signs towards inner city. At the inner city ring, turn left and follow signs "Fachhochschule", "Universität Osnabrück, Standort Westerberg", which will guide you to Albrechtstrasse.
